Quality Control and Compliance

  • Supervising and directing Quality Control personnel on the project, turnaround and Outage sites.
  • Formulating Quality Management Plans.
  • Ensuring construction, turnaround and outage work is carried out to the approved drawings and specifications.
  • Implementing and monitoring work practices and standards to ensure QA/QC, procedures are adhered to.
  • Completion of Manufacturers Data Records (MDR) prior to commissioning of projects.
  • Conducting offsite inspections of: Heat exchangers, tube bundles, pipe spooling fabrication and witness hydrostatic-testing on pressure equipment.
  • Facilitating the development and implementation of integrated quality, inspection tests and associated records.
  • Conducting offsite inspection for the refurbishment of pressure equipment before, during and after repairs
  • Conducting audits on construction, turnaround and outage activities to gauge compliance with site policies and procedures.
  • Conducting daily audits to gauge compliance to Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), check-sheets, procedures and processes for the pertinent work scopes.
  • Maintaining and implementing a continuous improvement program for site activities.
  • Documenting completion and collation of all quality activities to hand over to the client
